Easy Chicken Enchiladas
This recipe is wonderful- super easy and ridiculously tasty. The leftover enchiladas were even better the next day. I used fat free cream cheese for the filling, a jar of mild salsa, and then served with sour cream. I seasoned my chicken with just a small amount of salt, pepper, garlic, and dried cilantro. I will definitely be making this again.
