Coconut Cream Cake I
I love coconut so I also put some flaked cocnut in the cake mix and used cocnut milk instead of cream. Awesome!!! We ate the leftovers out of the cakepan fighting for the last pieces. My mantra has always been "if you are going to eat something really fattening, make it really good" and this is!
