Marinated Flank Steak
These are delicious!!! This steak is great for Fajitas. Very tender and delicious! Make sure to marinade for at least 24 hours. If you are making fajitas I would suggest to chop the steak into large strips so that the marinade soaks into the steak better and is easier to cut into bit-sized strips once it's cooked.

Bourbon Chicken
It was very good and the whole family enjoyed it. I think the marinade was a little strong and would use a little less Bourbon next time.
