Shrimp Scampi Bake
This is SO Yummy! I couldn't wait till lunch time for my leftovers! I cut the butter to 1/2 cup and added some olive oil instead. I also added about 1/3 cup white wine. I served this over linguine, with a salad on the side. Fantastic!

Fiery Pork Skewers
I did not add the red pepper flakes, as I wanted my two children to eat dinner (!). It was wonderful anyway! I also marinated the cubes for the day in the fridge. Served with jasmine rice and a veggie.

Famous Chicken Francaise
Yummy!! I used chicken tenders, which I put in a ziploc bag with the flour mixture, then coated in the egg mixture and panfried. When golden, I kept them warm in the oven and made the sauce in the same frying pan. My children loved the chicken as it was (no extra sauce). My husband and I had the chicken and sauce over linguine. Very tender and tasty. Fabulous!
