Curried Zucchini Soup
My whole family loved it, even my little brother who always complains about eating soup! I used less stock and added some sour cream to make it creamier.

Danish Cabbage
very good...it had a sort of creamy texture and the flavour wasn't too overpowering as I thought it could be. I like the goat cheese suggestion, I'll try that next time.

Applesauce Brownies I
Very soft and moist and were even better the day after. They could've had more flavour (I did double the cocoa), but mixing in the nuts and chocolate chips helped.
