Fudge Brownies I
very easy and very yummy! I added hazelnuts and made a ganash using frangelico. Easiest b-day gift ever

Oatmeal Cake II
I also used dried cranberries and substituted water for fresh orange juice. I added the peel from the orange and it was fresh and wonderful!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I tested 5 different recipes today and this one is being made into a triple batch for holiday gifts. The best cookie ever!!! And I'm usually a chocolate girl.
