World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2006
I made this for a small group of people, thank goodness 2 people didn't make it, it was gone so quickly. And I had my sister and my mother-in-law ask for the recipe. Everyone was saying it was the best lasagna they ever had. PLUS it did fall apart at all. I was impressed.

Scotcharoos

Reviewed: May 7, 2006
Chewy, crunchy and great flavor. The chocolate topping doesn't always turn out the way this recipe describes it too. So I just do it the way I know how too. Even if you don't like butterscotch, it is so subtle you won't even notice it. It is a wonderful combination, and a great no bake recipe.

So easy, so crispy, chewie and sweet. Many of my friend's favorite coookies (I use whole wheat saltines and they don't even know it)

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

I really enjoyed this biscotti. I prefer cinnamon, almond and chocolate recipes (they just dip better in coffee). Overall great flavor combo and color

Strawberry Oat Muffins

These were very moist and delicious overall. I wasn't 100% in love with them (maybe90%) but one of my friends couldn't stop eating them.

Quick and Easy Clam Chowder

Reviewed: May 7, 2006
My husband loved this. He is always trying different clam chowders at restaurants ever since he had this amazing one in Maine. He says "mine" (this recipe) is the best next next to Maine. I did have to use a garlicky potato soup instead because I couldn't find plain.

Sausage Barley Soup

Reviewed: May 7, 2006
Overall it was good. I ate more than my husband did, and after a few days the dog got the leftovers. It wasn't quite the right flavor combos. It was missing something. It also was a bit oily for my personal tastes.

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 7, 2006
I've made these cookies a few times now. I used sugar free puddings, different flavors. I just love the fact they are soft, well shaped and very tastey. I don't think they are the best choc. chip cookie I've ever had (still looking for the "perfect recipe", but they turn out great everytime and are my fav recipe i've tried so far. They always get ALL eaten up.
