Salisbury Steak
I added a can of mushroom soup for the gravy and added some dry onion soup mix to to the gravy and the ground beef. Otherwise, I followed the recipe as stated. It was delicious! My picky eating 4 & 5 year olds even liked it!

White Layer Cake
I made cupcakes and used the recipe as stated. They are fabulous! Not too sweet - just right! Will use this as my standard white cake recipe.

Bread Pudding II
The only change I made was to use two potato hot dog buns and three slices of sliced Italian bread. Otherwise, I followed the recipe to a "T". It's fantastic - totally reminds me of how my mom made it when I was a kid. I will no longer search for another bread pudding recipe.
