I love to cook, but have limited time when I get home from work. I also am cooking for either one (myself) or two people most of the time. It's hard to find easy quick recipes for 1 or 2. Which is why I like allrecipes. You can customize the recipes! My favorite things to cook are pastas and also recipes that are quick and easy. When I get home from work, I like something different, but something that can be make in 30 minutes or less. I once made veal parmiango. It's my mother's favorite and I wanted to surprise her. The only thing was, I had enough for 10 people and there were only 5 of us for dinner! When I was a teenager, my cousin and I tried to make cocoa fudge (from the Hershey's cocoa can). We overcooked it and then tried to dispose of it by scraping it into a plastic bag! As you can imagine, the hot fudge melted the bag and went straight through to the kitchen floor! Not funny then, but a memory now to make us laugh!
