Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This is wonderful and easy to make. I didn't have ham so substituted bacon. I took leftovers to a friend who called me today to say this was the best potato soup ever. I'm sending her the recipe.

Tomato and Pepper Salad
EASY dressing and delicious. I made extra and poured it over a regular garden salad. Excellent.

Mrs. Baxton's Long Island Iced Tea
