Retired Registered nurse,married,mother of two sons,one grandson,a lovebird,and a shitz tsui rounds of my family.Husband is retired now so I like to use what time I have in the kitchen as productive.Free time I use to spend with my husband.I have been successful in losing 80lbs and have 20lbs to go.It crept on but it was hard work and determination that is taking it off to my normal weight.Now,I thoroughly glow when I get a high five from my grandson
for the meal of the day.Love theatre,hiking,travelling,and learning about new people and places. Became computer savvy only in the last 2yrs.Maritimers are generally a friendly and relaxed people.Living by the ocean is great for fun. Thanks to All recipes I now have a new hobby which is great for cold winter days

THE APPLE PIE THAT I FORGOT TO PUT IN THE APPLES;THE SWEET AND SOUR PORK THAT WAS SO THICK ONE COULD EAT IT WITH A FORK
