Tri-Tip Rub

Followed this recipe exactly. Such a great flavor and so tender! I didn't cook as long as the recipe says. I like it a little pink in the middle.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

This soup was so good! My picky neihbor kid loved it! I sauteed carrots and celery and added it to the soup. Oh, and I used half and half and milk instead of the heavy cream.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

This soup was yummy. I did not change a thing. It just seemed a little runny. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
