Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos
We were looking for something new and exciting for the July 4th celebration we have each year. I can tell you this recipe was a "hit with the crowd"! Never mind all the other food we had or the grill BBQ'in chicken, brats, etc... everyone wanted these Stuffed Jalapenos. They were fabulous and "Gone in 60 Seconds"

Hawaiian Chicken Salad
I took this salad to work for our monthly "snack day" and needless to say, I didn't bring any home. Everyone loved it!!!
