Another great recipe! I made it in a 9X9 pan and added sugar/cinnamon/nutmeg to the apples before putting it in the pan. Turned out great!

Amazing! I have made this many dinner parties and it has been a hit each time. I used light cream instead of heavy cream but followed the recipe otherwise. I have tried with different pasta as well and found that penne works the best as it does not absorb the sauce as quickly. Very easy to double!

This recipe is great. I used 5% cream which worked well - much lighter than the heavy cream. The cornstarch will thinken the lighter cream. Also, I would cut the bacon in half next time as it was a bit overpowering. I cut the sun dried tomatoes down to 1/3 cup as others had suggested and added mushrooms to the recipe. Everyone was impressed - not a morsel left for the next day!
