Curried Zucchini Soup
Was able to cut the fat down by using cooking spray instead of the oil. Even better the next day!! Its even good cold! Very flavorable!!!

Cocktail Meatballs I
I've had this recipe for about a year and its fabulous!!! We hardly ever have left overs and when we do they make a great sub sandwich the next day!!!!
