I made this recipe for our annual superbowl party. What a hit! The beef went over so well that it lessened the pain of "da bears" loosing!! I had several requests for the recipe...quite impressive from a chicago crowd!
Note: I used a 7lb rump roast, and substituted beef broth for water (6 cups). I also doubled the seasoning. Served on toasted buns with sliced mozzarella, and giardinera. DEElish!
