Scallops with White Wine Sauce II
I used the sauce recipe and served it with baked salmon on orzo and it was absolutely to die for! I almost wanted to lick the pan clean of sauce!!

Juicy Roasted Chicken
This was the first time i had ever roasted a chicken and it was so succulent you would have thought I'd done it a thousand times!! Needless to say it was a big hit with everyone!

Italian Vegetable Soup
Really delicious vege soup, i left out the macaroni and kidney beans to make a lighter meal and cooked up a double batch to have in the freezer!!
