Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
This recipe was awesome! We are HUGE salmon eaters and this recipe was a totally different way of cooking salmon then what we are used to. By the end of the meal my whole family was scrapping the pan!!!! Thank you....HUGE HUGE HUGE hit with the family!

Thai Noodle Salad
I love this salad, it was huge hit at my dinner party!!! I did change somethings and added a bit as well. Instead of using napa cabbage I used Bok Choy, I also added a cup of chopped Cucumber and used 1/2 cup of sweet chilli rather then just a 1/4 cup!!! Love this recipe...looking forwarded to using it as a meal with grilled chicken on top!!!!

Shrimp Pad Thai
It was tasty but needed some adjusting. The noodles should be pre cooked before adding it to the sauce, because the amount of sauce is to little to cook the noodles. Also I would scramble the egg before pouring into the mixture. The sauce should be double the amount. Wasn't to happy with this recipe. I ahd to keep adding things to make it work
