One Bowl Buttercream Frosting
Easy to make and tasty. The downside is that I worry about my toddler sticking her head into the mixer!

Gluten-Free Yellow Cake
This was wonderful! Easy to make with staples that I had on hand. Didn't require many different or exotic flours. Several days after baking, the cupcakes (in an airtight container) were still moist and delicious.

Classic Pear Crisp
Loved it! I cooked it in a slow cooker for 2 hours as our oven was full that day. I also substituted gluten-free flour and oats since I'm celiac, and added in extra ginger. Tasty!
