Amish Breakfast Casserole

I made this for Christmas b'fast and my family loved it!! I did add more cheese than called for and used all cheddar. My brother in law, that doesn't like b'fast casseroles, REALLY liked this one!! That means a LOT coming from him!! Thanks for sharing!!

Soft Christmas Cookies

Very good! I made them with 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup pow. sugar. I baked them at 350 at first for about 14-16 minutes. BUT then baked the rest at 400 for 8ish minutes. They turned out great! My 19 yr. old son that doesn't like sweets ate one!! Thanks for sharing!

Sour Cream Pork Chops

My family LOVED this recipe!! I served it with egg noodles and put some gravy over them. I also used med. cut pork chops to make sure they would get cooked thourghly. I seem to have a problem with that! Thanks for sharing!!

The Best Chocolate Cake You Ever Ate

WONDERFUL!! I was looking for a really good chocolate cake. I found it. I did use all butter and increased the cocoa to 1/2 cup. We ate it without icing! REALLY GOOD!!

No Time to Cook Chicken

My husband LOVED this chicken!! I did add some seasonings to the chicken then poured the soups over it. Cooked on low all day, served over egg noodles...Very good!

Heavenly White Cake

WONDERFUL!! very good! I used 2 t. of vanilla instead of the almond. I might add a little more next time! I have to make a Minnie Mouse cake for a b-day. I'm going to use this recipe!

Creamy Chocolate Frosting

WONDERFUL!!! Love this frosting, it is perfect, I used it on the Heavenly White Cake! I did add just a smidge more of the evap. milk. Will for sure be making again!

Cinnamon Popcorn II

I made this and the taste was good, but I couldn't get the popcorn coated very well. Next time I think I will double the syrup mixture to see if it coats the popcorn better.
