THE KEY IS IN THE MARINADE! I LOVE THIS, I DID GO TO MY COOKBOOK OF CARRIBEAN FOOD TO SEE IF ANYTHING WAS MISSING FROM THIS JERK SEASONING AND I SAW THERE WAS NO VINEGAR IN THIS RECIPE FOR JERK SEASONING SO I ADDED TWO TABLESPOONS AND A SCOTCH BONNET PEPPER WITH STEMS & SEEDS REMOVED OF COURSE. I ALSO COOKED THIS ON TOP OF THE STOVE ADDING THE RESERVED MARINADE WHEN CHICKEN WAS CLOSE TO DONE. I WILL USE THIS RECIPE AGAIN, THANKS I ALSO MADE THE SALSA I FOUND ON THIS WEBSITE TO GO WITH THIS RECIPE

SIMPLY THE BEST! I DID ADD CUMIN AS SOMEONE SUGGESTED! THE TOMATILLOS, I SO HAPPEN TO HAVE BOUGHT THEM JUST TO TRY THEM, SO WHEN I SAW THE RECIPE I WAS LIKE YES! THANK YOU!

Shrimp and Crab Macaroni Salad

At first when I tryed this recipe it was bland but of course I didn't let it marinate...so once it marinates its better but I swear the shrimp and crab meat needs to marinate alone with the seasonings then mix, before I try any recipe I read the reviews and I am only assuming the person with the lowest ratings should have let the seasoning all marinate together over night if the time allows.

Holiday Cranberry Chutney

LOVE THIS RECIPE, NEXT TIME I WILL MAKE SURE ALL THE CRANBERRIES POP BECAUSE AT TIMES WHEN EATING THEY LEFT A BITTER TASTE IN MY MOUTH.

Candied Almonds

This is not what I was looking for, I expected the coating to be heavier and more crispy, sorta like the style of nuts you buy in NY at the street vendors, I think I found the recipe under cinnamon roasted almonds. I will never try this style again, sorry

Margaret's Honey Mustard

THIS RECIPE IS EXCELLENT, SIMPLE EASY AND JUST GREAT! I USED LIGHT MAYO AND ADDED A LITTLE MORE HONEY AND A LITTLE MOR MUSTARD FOR COLOR...EASY ON THE CAYENNE, BECAUSE IT WILL SET ANYTHING ON FIRE! I BELEIVE I USED A LITTLE MORE THAN WHAT WAS REQUIRED. THANKS!!!!!!!!!
