Oh my gosh, this is to die for! I just made it, & I can't wait for supper to eat it! I had to "sneak a little taste" of it already, & I can't believe how something that was as easy as this was to make, can be soooooooo good! I know my family is going to love it! I took this to a New Years Eve party, & it was a huge hit! Even after it got cold, the people were still eating it! We offered to "warm it up", but they kept saying it was wonderful the way it was! I will definitely make this again!

This zucchini bread is the BEST ever!! I always get requests for this whenever I make it! It is very moist. We spread it with either butter or cream cheese, or just eat it plain. I always try to keep a bag of shredded zucchini in the freezer at all times, so I can make this whenever I want, not just in the summer!
