Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
We never have a reason to keep buttermilk in our house, so we create our own! In a 1 cup measuring cup, add 1tb lemon juice and fill the remainder of the cup with regular milk. Let it stand for about 5 minutes and VOILA! Buttermilk! This is very helpful since we are ADDICTED to this cornbread! The best we've ever had--it always comes out light and fluffy! Sweet Corn Cake
very tasty! some may find the consistency a bit odd, but the sweetness and flavor of this dish can't be argued with--we love it!
