I'm a philosophy student at McGill University. I've been vegetarian most of my life; I was vegan for about six years but recently reverted to ovo-lacto for health reasons.

Norwegian Pancakes - Pannekaken
We beat ours with an eggbeater and it worked fine, no need to soil a blender.

Apple, Beet and Avocado Salad
You know what I think? You only live once, so why not use a whole darn avocado. I also used 2 green onions instead of a regular onion. And it was delicious. Lots of flavour and colour.
