In 2005 I joined this site. I wanted to get more into cooking and experimenting with new things. It can be hard sometimes to make things everyone enjoys in my family(husband, 3 kids) I have gotten so much help from this website. I love reading others reviews and tips before trying something new.

Uglies
I followed the recipe as is and my three kids did NOT like them. I thought they were so-so. Disappointing.

Cheddar Baked Chicken
Tasty. I cooked for 30 mins and it came out a little over done.

Spaghetti Pie III
I used Penne and mixed the pasta with the cheese mixture. The first time I made the cheese mix as described and it was too much sour cream. The next time I halfed the sourcream and added extra creamcheese. I liked it better the second way.
