This was a night to remember! Beef Stroganoff III
My boyfriend said this was the best beef stroganoff he had ever had! Two small changes. I used fresh mushrooms, and regular onions since I didn't have green ones. Delicious!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
This is so incredibly easy to make with delicious results. It lends itself well to modifications such as adding lots of garlic, or grilled chicken or shrimp at the end. I just love how quick this tasty dish comes together.

Chicken Pot Pie I
A lovely, easy recipe. I followed reviewers advice and used two cans of soup (cream of chicken and cream of mushroom) and added 1/2 cup or so of milk. I used canned, cooked chicken that I rinsed, per another reviewer. This was just a delicious, hot meal that was simple to make. Serve with a side salad for a complete dinner.
