Broken Glass Torte

There wasn't enough butter for the crumbs to stick together. The jello crumbled as it was being mixed so it was not as pretty as I'd hoped. I probably won't bother with the crust next time.

Prime Rib Au Jus with Yorkshire Pudding

These were fun to watch in the oven. I used 9 eggs. The puddings were yummy with the meat juice. This recipe will make about 20. Do NOT overfill muffin tin. The smoke billowing from the fat that overflowed was not appetizing.

Foolproof Rib Roast

I think my 9 pound roast was too big to get cooked enough by this method. We wound up cooking slices in the microwave so we wouldn't have to serve it bloody. It did taste good. I would try this method again with a 2 rib instead of a 4 rib roast.

KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* Parmesan Chicken

Tasted good, like stuffing, & the family liked it. But whatever I did wrong made the coating come out very lumpy & it was messy to work with. Also it took a long time to prepare.
