Blueberry Crumb Muffins

This was very good, I would agree that there are WAY too many blueberries. If I make this again I will most likely cut the amount of blueberries in half.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I used all butter instead of 1/2 cup of butter flavored shortening. If you go with this modification be prepared to add a little more flour (add 1/8 to 1/4 c). Before I added the additional flour the cookies flattened out a little more than what I wanted. The flavor is excellent and they were gone quickly. This recipe is absolutely a keeper!

Cranberry Walnut Bread

This was an incredible recipe...Normally I don't hit recipes that haven't had many reviews, but I'm glad I made the exception here. I ended up with 4 loaves instead of the 3 identified. I didn't make any changes to the recipe and was really impressed with the results. Thanks for sharing it :0) On a side note...I also had to increase the cook time. I ended up baking for right at an hour. Well worth the wait.

Classic Butter Cookies I

I was looking for a recipe to use with my cookie press and decided to give this one a try. The cookies taste great and the dough was just the right consistancy for the press, nothing was wasted. Thanks for sharing!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Even those in my family that don't like sweet potato casserole gobbled this up! I took a previous reviewers advice and baked the sweet potatoes instead of boiling them which made life much easier in the way of peeling them as well as improving the flavor. Added spices: Cinnamon, Ground Cloves, and Nutmeg.

Pecan Pie

Mary's Sugar Cookies

These are awesome! The consistancy was great and so was the flavor. They didn't last long enough to get frosted. I didn't have the cream of tartar so instead of the baking soda and cream of tartar I sub'd in 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. I now have all listed ingrediants so I'll be making another batch. Thanks!

Butter Wafers

My results did not match what the description on the recipe said...I was expecting a crispy, buttery, not overly sweet cookie. What I got was a very light cookie that is more shortbread than a butter wafer. I probably won't make this recipe again, but I don't doubt that the cookies will still be enjoyed.

German Chocolate Fudge

Great recipe, very rich. I followed the suggestion of some and cut it into small servings and also poured it into 2 8x8 pans vs. the 1 large pan. If you aren't planning on taking any into the office or to a party you may want to cut the recipe in 1/2. Thanks again, this was awesome!

Creamy Baked Cheesecake

I've finally found a cheesecake recipe I like! This recipe lives up to it's name of "Creamy". It was both easy to make and delicious, one of the rare times that I haven't had to throw out an uneaten portion. I'm definitely going to be making this cheesecake again!
