Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
I did this one for thanksgiving, and I wasnt able to find any pumpkin puree, so I boiled and pureed a sweet potato as a substitute, and added 1/4 cup of white sugar more. It was a hit. For my graham cracker crust, I blended walnuts w/the crackers...Yum.
