Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
I did this one for thanksgiving, and I wasnt able to find any pumpkin puree, so I boiled and pureed a sweet potato as a substitute, and added 1/4 cup of white sugar more. It was a hit. For my graham cracker crust, I blended walnuts w/the crackers...Yum.

Yeast Hot Rolls
I made these for Thanksgiving, and this was my first shot at yeast rolls. They were sooo good. I made enough for breakfast the next day. The second day, they were out of this world with a little butter and jelly. The whole family loved them. They were also easy to make.

Easy Rum Cake
This is a sure winner!! I do substitute dark rum for flavored rums such as orange or coconut. If you bake this cake once, you'll bake it again and again.
