Baby Back Ribs
I gave it 4 stars because without following the advice of previous reviews, that's what it WOULD have been. I followed the tips suggested by one user, reducing the baking time by 15 min, re-basting with barbecue sauce, then broiling for 15 min. The flavor was absolutely excellent, but she was right. If you don't broil the ribs, they look incredibly unappetizing. Not to mention, they would lack that sticky, gooey goodness that ribs just have to have!! Follow her advice, and you've got yourself some ribs that will rival any restaurant I know of!

Marmalade Pork Tenderloin
This was alright. It didn't offer much flavor, and no one at the dinner table was too thrilled about it. Probably won't repeat this one.

Easy, Cheesy Tortellini Bake
This is excellent!! I did use 20 oz of noodles rather than the smaller amount called for in the recipe. Otherwise there would be FAR too much sauce. It still makes a rather saucy dish, however it is great for dipping garlic bread in. Will definitely make again!!!
