Pico de Gallo
Fabulous! I did add more fresh garlic and cilantro than original recipe- just personal taste. So fresh and delicious. Great recipe.

Camp David Spaghetti with Italian Sausage
Our new favorite! Changed up a few things according to dietary restrictions - left out salt, used Dreamfields low-carb pasta. Great flavors!

Oven-Fried Potatoes
Not once, but THREE times my husband remarked how wonderful these potatoes were! I used russet potatoes and didn't peel them, just scrubbed and cut into fry sized chunks. Also added a bit of cayenne pepper to the seasonings. Very crispy and great flavor! Simple and delicious, thanks for sharing this recipe.
