Homesteader Cornbread
Fantastic! This recipe has great flavor and is very moist. I let my cornmeal soak a little longer than five minutes. Everybody loves it!

Sausage Minestrone
I think this is a great recipe. Try adding a grated carrot for an extra veggie. I also like to add minced garlic and a bit of basil. Very tasty and something the whole family will enjoy!

Spicy Orange Beef
This was super! Added broccoli and sliced carrots and served over rice. I will definately make this again.
