Virginia Apple Pudding

I tried to double this recipe and i wouldn't suggest it! too soggy in the middle. I also used 1/2 brown and 1/2 white sugar. I used store bought apples to make it superfast. will try again.

Mad Hatter Salad

Great change to regular coleslaw. But i think i will double the dressing next time, it was a little dry.

Frozen Cranberry Salad

Made this for Easter Dinner and it was a huge hit!!!! Made the night before and couldn't have been happier!!!
