Bodacious Broccoli Salad
Fabulous salad! Often requested now by both my daughter and my step-father! This has become a regular for us!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
This was a huge hit! I was skeptical given how simple it looked but everyone asked me to please make it again. Only changes I made were to double the recipe and boil the chicken breasts to keep them moist. Doubled the garlic, chili powder and used a medium hot salsa. Thanks for a simple yet delicious recipe!

Crab Quiche I
Fabulous... I've made this two weekends in a row and it's great when spiced up a bit (garlic, hot sauce & green onion). Need to start making at least 2 at a time to ensure everyone has their fill!
