Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche
I made this for Easter as a sidedish and everyone loved it, even the kids. I did add some salt to the egg mixture as some others recommended and it turned out perfect....I may try this with broccoli another time....Thanks for sharing..

Broccoli and Provolone Quiche
I made this for an Easter sidedish and everyone thought it was "good" not "great"....it was a bit bland and a bit loose....it was much better the next day right out of the fridge.....

Baked Pork Chops I
My family loved this recipe. The only changes I made were using boneless chops, chicken bouillon instead of wine and roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup. I also cut the cooking time down to 1 hour and found that they could cook even a little less, they were tender but a little dry....I felt that 1 1/2 hours seemed way to long to cook these...I will be making this dish again....Thank you for sharing..
