Eggplant Tomato Bake
This was just OK for me. I liked the tomatoe, but the eggplant just didn't do it for me. I don't think I'd make it again. Sorry

Ultimate Frozen Strawberry Margarita
Wow, this was yummy! I used fresh strawberries though. Strong, but gooood!

Oysters 'n' Bacon
Super easy to make, and very tasty. I doubled the garlic and they went almost instantly after I pulled them from the oven. We have a lot of oyster lovers in my family!
