Non-traditional college student majoring in Medical Technology. Getting married in May '06. I have 2 cats, 1 loveable mutt, 2 ferrets, and 5 aquariums...you could say it's like Wild Kingdom in my house. I was vegetarian for years, but I eat a little meat now. Mainly fish, chicken, or turkey. The slow cooker and casseroles are my friends. Love to bake. Pasta dishes, casseroles, veggie dishes. My mother couldn't cook at all, so I don't have family cooking traditions. If it wasn't canned, we didn't eat it. I'd like to start some when I have kids though. Everything I try comes out pretty well. My mother loves my bread pudding, my fiance loves many of the slow cooker recipes I've tried. His family likes my broccoli cole slaw salad with apples. I haven't really had any yet.
