I live in Arizona with my husband and my two beagles. I loooove to bake. Especially cakes and brownies. Recently I've been cooking a lot of Asian food...I made some really really good Thai food, Pad Thai I guess, with peanut sauce. It was so yummy. I don't know that we have any traditions. My mom is from England and makes awesome roasts with potatoes and yorkshire pudding. I need to know how to cook that stuff. Any time I make something and alter the recipe and it turns out good. That's always exciting for me to know that I understood the food well enough to get creative. I've completely, and unintentionally, omitted ingredients far too many times.
