About this Cook
I am 25 years old, live on my own . Even though i dont live with anyone else to cook for, cooking is a stress reliever and i love every minute of it , I make the food for friends, neighbors or coworkers.
My favorite things to cook
I learned the basics of cooking from my father and have come a long way from just baking cookies. I am only 25 and I feel I am becoming better every day with every new dish I try. I started off just trying to duplicate the meals my father used to make now I am expanding to things I never had made for me by my parents. I just learned how to make eggs over easy(as opposed to scrambled)4 years ago & mince garlic 2 yrs ago! Now I'm making salmon, steak, pastrys, dips, italian dishes, soups, All kinds of things I never though I'd be able to do. I credit 95% of my development to this website, thank you so much allrecipes!
My favorite family cooking traditions
terriyaki chicken, french onion chicken , pork chops, lemon bars, pecan tarts
My cooking triumphs
Salmon on the grill, enchiladas, brushetta, pumpkin roll, baked ziti, spinach atrichoke dip, fusilli with spicy pesto sauce, chicken and dumplings
My cooking tragedies
fried chicken by way of oven...umm home filled with smoke and an hour worth of on and off smoke alarm!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
WOW i dont think I will ever taste a better spinach and artichoke dip. This belongs in a restaraunt!! I am so proud of myself! Used fresh mozzerella & more then recommended, no basil, sour cream instead of mayo, and extra spinach b/c it didn't seem like enough, and a 1/4 cup milk added in...so perfect words can't even describe!!

Mini Crescent Burgers
Pretty good, the onion soup mix made the mix pretty strong, i will put half a packet in next time, but i did like how i mixed half sausage, half beef. I ended up using the whole crescent triangle instead of half for each . My boyfriend like it alot.
