Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
After making this sauce I vowed never to buy Bar-B-Q sauce again, in the bottle or from a professional Bar-B-Q'er. It's very easy and next time I will double the recipe. I made ribs in the crockpot, this weekend it's a pork roast.---Thanks Al

Pumpkin Squares
The taste is wonderful, be sure to put cream cheese icing on the squares. The most important thing to remember is to bake it about 20 minutes longer, I did it 15 and the center still wasn't done. Maybe cut the oil in half.

Tamale Casserole
This was a big favorite at last night's pot-luck, thanks for the recipe. I added a sml. can of black olives and all the juice from the tamale cans. Next time will also add a sml can of chopped green chilies. Top it off with sour cream.
