We love to cook! We enjoy the holidays especially, when we bake lots of cookies and build our gingerbread house. We enjoy entertaining and making home made dishes from scratch, my favorite is lasagna and chicken enchilada casserole (my grandmother's recipe). Cakes, decorating cakes, baked goods, Italian food, home made breads, southern comfort foods. Building our home made gingerbread house/castle every year, baking for the holidays. Our "Annibirthday" cake every year is wonderful, we usually do a wedding style cake and it is different every year. Using the airbrush! Still working on perfecting the use of fondant.
