Creamy Chocolate Frosting
This is a great recipe so easy. I used 3 T of half and half and 2 T of skim milk in place of the evaporated milk and it turned out great. I also used smart balance in place of the butter. Thank you for sharing I have been looking for an easy but delicious chocolate frosting forever!

German Chocolate Cake Frosting II
This was very good! I also took other reviewers advice and added 1 Tbsp of cornstarch to the evaporated milk. When it was not thickening I brought it to a boil and immediately removed it from the heat and kept stirring it and that did the trick.

Stuffed Shells II
I loved this recipe. I did add some parmesan cheese to the meat mixture. I also added extra basil and garlic.
