Chili Rick's

This is by far, the best tasting chili I have ever had. My husband made it, as is, for a chili cookoff at work. I am having it for lunch, as well. I really don't like chili, but to support him, figured I would try it. I LOVE IT! The chocolate makes the chili very smooth. Great recipe!

Original Homemade Italian Beef

2 PACKS ITALIAN SEASONING, 1 BOTTLE OF BEER AND 1 JAR PEPPERS, THROUGH THEM IN CROCK POT AT 7:00 A.M. GOT HOME AT 6:00 P.M. SHREDDED BEEF AND HAD 2 SANDWICHES WITH PROVALONE CHEESE. AWESOME!

I also cut the beer, and added extra flour. I also added garlic powder, onion powder. It was so good. My husband couldn;'t believe we did this ourselves. And we had fun cooking together.

Meatball Sandwich

We had hotdog buns left over from Labor Day, so I made the meatballs and used a marinara sauce from this site, and it was awesome! My family ate it all up!

Black Bean And Corn Salad II

Funny story...I made this last year to take camping with 2 other families. They couldn't stop eating it. My husband's birthday is coming up and he has to take something to work, so he has been trying to make this salad, without the recipe. I told him I would make the salad for him. Its a great salad alone or with chips.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

I thought this was great! I am not a big fan of chicken, but I know it is healthy so I tried this receipe. Made it as is, and marinated it for 8 hours. My husband put the kabob's together, adding mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. It was great! Chicken was tender and flavorful.

Pizza On The Grill I

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

Very light....but good flavor. I added red pepper flakes as well. My husbanded added caesar dressing to his and was pretty good. I will make again, and try tweeking it with differnt flavors.
