White Chili with Ground Turkey
This was the "Best" I used only 2 cans of chicken broth and used one can of Butter beans. Then I added at the end 1 slice on top of each bowl a slice of the spicy Velveeta cheese. yummy.

Jalapeno Popper Spread
This is THE BEST DIP around. Next time I'm going to do what one reviewer suggested and use Panko bread crumbs with a splash of oil. Also, I agree, you must use fresh cheese not in the green can. It really makes a difference. When I made mine, I also made tacos that night. The next day I took the leftover taco meat and blended it with the leftover spread and threw some mexican cheese on top and reheated it. That was delicious too. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. Its a keeper.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I have made meatloaf for alot of years. This is the best. I never thought of adding brown sugar, but it is great with it on top. Only change I made was I added some mushrooms. Thanks for a great recipe, it going in my recipe box.
