Asparagus Roll-Ups
I used cream cheese mixed with garlic powder and parsley because that's what I had. Also rolled them sideways and made the delicious mistake of dipping them in the butter! Wonderful!

Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter
THIS WAS AMAZING...I REALLY DIDN'T THINK THIS RECIPE WAS A BIG DEAL-I MEAN A LITTLE BUTTER AND GARLIC-I USE THAT ALL THE TIME, BUT OH MY GOODNESS, WAS I WRONG!!! AND DON'T CHANGE A THINK IF YOU LIKE A NICE, SIMPLE STEAK. FABULOUS. WHO WOULD THINK BUTTER ON A STEAK? IT WAS WORTH THE EXTRA CALORIES!!MY KIDS GOBBLED IT UP! AND I'LL JUST RUN A FEW MORE MINUTES TOMORROW!!! DIDN'T EVEN NEED MY A1 STEAK SAUCE THAT I LOVE. A WONDERFUL CREATION!! AND IT COOKED A BEAUTIFUL, MED RARE ON THE GEORGE FOREMAN.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops
I love this recipe. I did not have the Worchestershire sauce and cannot wait to try it with next time. I also took advice from another recipe I was going to make before I saw this one and added walnuts to it. Wish I had the pecans. Would have been perfect!! With or without, this is great!! Also, marinated for about 2 hours, perfect!
