Sweet Corn Bread
I made this for our Labor Day cookout and it was a big hit. I also added a can of creamed corn and used more sour cream then it called for. It was delicious and will make it again. A nice compliment to the ribs I made. Thanks so much Virginia

Sausage Bowties with Artichokes
I made this the other night and my husband and I totally enjoyed it. I used our favorite Italian link sausage and just removed it from the cassing for the browning of it. We love marinated artichokes, so I used a very large jar. That was the only thing I did differently than the receipe stated. I will make it again and will diffinately serve it for when we have company over. Thanks so much yankeesfan. mbj

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Short Ribs
I made this for our dinner last night, 7/21/09 and we loved it! I did brown shallots and added a tablespoon of garlic as someone suggested. I also used brown rice to put it over, and added baby corn, carrots, pea pods and water chestnuts for crunch. I used Blue Moon Ale. Great flavor, easy to put together and definately a keeper.
