Make Ahead Jam Thumbs
These cookies are tasty and look nice also. I also used more nuts than the recipe called for and chopped them finely in my food processor. Nice for Christmas.

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy
This toffee is excellent and it really is super easy! I had never made candy of any type before although I bake lots, but this toffee turned out perfect the first time. I had to hide some from my husband or he would have eaten it all up!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
These cookies are soft and delicious with just the right amount of spice. Very popular with my extended family. I am bringing a batch to a party today and am sure they will be a hit!
