Dutch Apple Cake

Delicious! I put the cake in a large round pan, and used 3 apples instead of two, I also used a little less of the sugar and cinammon mixture. it was delicious!!!

Pumpkin Bread

Very, Very good. I have already made it a few times. I steam the pumpkin myself, instead of buying the store-bought. It is very good after being frozen too.

Very good. I made it for New Years dinner. I think it would be better with the chicken broth instead of the white wine though. I used the white wine, and I will definatly try it with the chicken broth next time. It is a good side dish that isn't too heavy.
