Fiesta Cheese Rice
I needed a quick and easy rice dish to go with grilled chicken breast, this was wonderful, I added a couple of things, such as green onion, but wonderful wonderful, will def. be making this again

Pork Chops with Scalloped Potatoes
This was Wonderful!!! My family abs. loved it. I am not a big pork chop fan, but this rec. was worth the risk. I will be making it on a regular basis from now on
