Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: May 9, 2009
Used leftover mashed potatoes instead of cutting more potatoes. Also added carrots. I loved this soup. Really creamy and thick. Want to make it again very soon with our leftover ham.

Feta Chicken

Awesome chicken! My husband, 5yr old, and 2yr old ate it up. Only think different is I used more bread crumbs because I didnt even measure but I think it was a lot, and then sprayed the tops with butter flavored spray. Had to cook maybe 10 mins longer but it was great. I am having another baby in a month and I am going to prepare this again and put it in the freezer.

Delmonico Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
Loved it! My whole family ate it right up. I felt like I was making mac and cheese, so I added a little mustard powder which I like in homemade mac. Used velveeta but Im sure you could use cheddar or any cheese. I also precooked the hashbrowns in microwave until all thawed out and then only had to cook for 1/2hr. I will be making this again! It was so easy.

Chicken Chili II

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2008
My one year old and four year both ate a whole bowl of it! It was great. I only had green peppers, and only used two 14oz cans of chicken broth, which was more than enough. It was soupy and the cornmeal didnt seem to do much to thicken it so I added a little cornstarch. It helped and it turned out great. I sprinkled on some cheese, crunched up tortilla chips, and topped with a little sour cream. Will definitely make again.
